Vipul Prajapati always had this nudge of thinking and doing things out of the box exploring and experimenting with materials. His fascination for ships, ship workers and ship yards brought him closer to dig out the realities of a hardcore life that was thriving amidst all odds yet the zest for life was inevitably at the core. Initially working with oils and later with pencil his command over his materials reflects invariably though he does use technology but with his own vision creating a distinct characteristic of every work.. Anslem Kiefer is one of the artist whose work Vipul greatly admires. His sense of material and the command over it is something Vipul tries to bring in his work. This brought him the real recognition as a young dedicated artist. Vipul’s aim is to create a niche for himself as an artist thereby pave his own path in the field of contemporary art.
