Where It All Began
I have been collecting art for myself and others for 50 years. All along i have been missing a common platform where one can survey nationwide art offerings at one time in the stillness of one's own mind and space. Stillspace is that platform curated by me as a facility for the art fraternity. It is not an online art gallery. It provides for artists to showcase their works, for galleries to promote their offerings and find potential unattached artists to take under their wings. It provides interior designers and architects to locate the perfect work of art from the best in the country. Young collectors can compare genres, mediums, and price points to articulate their own taste better.

How It Works
The Curatorial Team will take a month to accept or refuse works submitted by artists/galleries. The accepted artists and galleries will receive access to now upload upto 20 works for an artist or 100 works for a gallery. The collectors and specifiers will now be able to see these works and if interested they will contact the artist/gallery directly to take the transaction forward. Stillspace is not involved in any commercial activity at any point. It is a ‘not for profit’ platform run by the Dashrath Patel Foundation, Alibag.
Collectors and specifiers can use the filter panel under ARTWORK to help them to select an artwork by size, price, genre or colour. If, anyone wishes to bookmark some initial selections, they can do so by creating their own categories/project names and email them to the concerned people for generating a response.
